A career opportunity for a Drive/Front Office Clerk has arisen within Meditpharma Ltd., on a full-time basis. The selected candidate will report to the Managing Director and his deputy and will be assisting the overall admin operations to maintain our clients and business.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to,

  • Collecting and sending documentation
  • Greeting walkins and guests
  • Handling emails and bookings
  • Supporting any administrative company operations
  • Conducting deliveries and picking up clients/guests

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • 3 years plus driving experience
  • Malta/EU License B HOLDER
  • Strong commitment and proven record of professional and client service excellence.
  • Sound computer literacy; MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Outstanding communication – both spoken and written along with people skills.
  • A highly organised character and ability to work on own initiative and without supervision.
  • Ability to integrate and work well in a team environment.
  • Methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English.
